• YourTourGPT is a search and recommendation service. We do not sell experiences; we display our partners' catalogues.
• The contract of sale is formed between you and our partner. For ticket validity, cancellation, changes and refunds, your counterparty is our partner.

Accuracy of information

• Prices, availability and product information come from our partners. We display this information as received and do not alter it.
• Catalogue data is refreshed regularly, but prices may change on our partner's site. The binding price is the one shown on our partner's site at the moment of purchase.
• Our AI assistant can make mistakes. We recommend verifying details on our partner's page before booking.

Acceptable use

• Do not overload the service with automated tools and do not copy our catalogue data without permission.
• Do not attempt to use the assistant for purposes unrelated to travel; the system will prevent this.
• We reserve the right to restrict access that breaches these rules.

Limitation of liability

• The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Our partner and the operator running the experience are responsible for delivering what you purchased.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

Intellectual property

• Product texts, photographs and reviews belong to our partners or to the operators running the experiences, and are displayed under licence.
• Copying this content from our site and publishing it elsewhere is a breach of that licence.

Changes and governing law

• We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears at the foot of the page.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts at the registered seat of Elifa Collective Tekstil Tasarım Ticaret Limited Şirketi have jurisdiction.
• The Turkish version of this text prevails. Translations are provided for information only.
