If you have a question, a correction or a complaint, write to us. We answer messages sent to info@yourtourgpt.com within two working days.
- Something on the site is wrong: tell us which page you saw it on. We will fix it and let you know.
- A problem with your booking: you need to contact the partner who sold the ticket. We are not the seller and no payment reaches us. If you are not sure which partner it was, write to us and we will point you to them.
- Refunds and cancellations: the terms belong to the partner who sold the ticket and are shown on the product page. We cannot issue refunds, but we can help you through the process.
- Partnerships and press: same address.
Use of AI
The chat assistant and the first draft of every blog article are produced with AI. Articles are read and edited by a person before they are published.
Prices, ratings and review counts are never written by AI. They come from our partners' live systems and cannot be typed into an article by hand.
AI can be wrong. If you spot a mistake, tell us. We will correct it and say so on the page.
