Privacy policy

Short version: you do not create an account, we do not store your personal data on our servers, and we use no tracking cookies.

What we do not collect

Your chat history and favourites are stored only in your own browser. They are not sent to us.
Your language and currency preference are stored in your browser.
Clearing your browser data deletes them. This data is specific to your device and will not appear on another one.

We keep counters such as how many people viewed a product and how many were referred to our partner. These counters contain no identity; we do not know who did what, only how many times it happened.
To prevent abuse we temporarily count requests. These counters are deleted shortly afterwards.
When a search returns no results at all, we record the words you searched for so we can see gaps in our catalogue. Only the words and how often they were searched are kept; not who searched, not when, and not which searches belong to the same person. Words from searches that do return results are never recorded.
Search words containing an email address, phone number, long digit sequence or link are never recorded. Records are deleted after 90 days.
Our error logs contain no personal data.

To show cities near you we use the city your connection appears to come from. This comes from your network provider and is not stored on our servers.
Separately, the page has an optional 'Use my location' button. If you press it your browser asks for permission, and if you grant it we use your device location. If you never press the button, this never runs.
When you grant permission, your location is kept in your browser for as long as the tab stays open (sessionStorage) and is deleted when you close it. It is not linked to an account or to any record on our servers.
Your location is sent to our server to find nearby cities. Before it is sent it is rounded to roughly one kilometre: enough to identify a city, not enough to pinpoint you.
You can withdraw location permission at any time in your browser's site settings. The site keeps working; it simply falls back to the city estimate.

The message you write to our assistant is sent to an AI provider in order to generate a reply.
We do not attach anything identifying you to your message.
We recommend not writing personal information (name, phone number, card number) — the assistant does not need it.

To buy an experience you are taken to our partner's site. From that point their privacy policy applies.
The link contains a partner code identifying us. This code exists so the commission is credited to us; it does not identify you.

Because we do not store your personal data, there is no record for you to request the deletion of.
You can delete the data in your browser yourself: chat history and favourites are cleared from your browser settings.
