What we do not collect

Your chat history and favourites are stored only in your own browser. They are not sent to us.
Your language and currency preference are stored in your browser.
Clearing your browser data deletes them. This data is specific to your device and will not appear on another one.

We keep counters such as how many people viewed a product and how many were referred to our partner. These counters contain no identity; we do not know who did what, only how many times it happened.
To prevent abuse we temporarily count requests. These counters are deleted shortly afterwards.
When a search returns no results at all, we record the words you searched for so we can see gaps in our catalogue.
